My first experience as an international coach came a bit unexpected. When Luca Cristofani got a called from the Peruvian Federation to take on the Senior Women's National Team, he accepted and took a full staff with him. I was asked to perform as a tactical coach, analizing data from adversaries and from our own team and look for specifics in the offensive and defensive systems.
I have to admit that this job is rewarding and very interested and it can give you many satisfactions when your players can incorporate the information given. But most of all, this job was a great opportunity to see the best volleyball in the world, meet the players, coaches and administratives that move the volleyball community at the highest level. Many travels, many people, much volleyball!
